Critical risk
Some risks can be arising while implementing any plan and these can affect the performance of a company in negative manner. Operational risk is a kind of issue which can prevent the organization in achieving their specified goals or objectives. This problem has been occurred due to the internal failures of system (Agrafioti & Diamadopoulos, 2012). Sometimes, the plan will not execute in a specified deadline so due to this it will not be implemented in an effective way.
Contingency plan
This is a kind of plan which is made in order to get the effective future results. Along with this, this has been used for the risk management practices so that identified issues can be resolved. For this, it is necessary to continuously monitor the progress of a plan which is made by Nike for its target customers (Alkhafaji, 2011). When overall process is evaluated then this can be ensured that how resources should be utilized in an appropriate way and in this way management can also be ensured properly.
Leadership is one of the way through which a person can lead the organization towards success. For this, some qualities should be there in a leader like effective decision making, communication, problem solver and team management skills. By adopting these characteristics, identified risk in the strategic plan can be resolved. Through this, Nike will be able to accomplish its specified goals.
